The Real Ales from Snowdonia Brewery - Bragdy Eryri
A selection of delicious Real Ales are brewed on the premises from the finest malts and hops, and clear Snowdonia water.
A perfect blend of Pale ale and Crystal malts marries to no less than three hop additions of choicest Fuggles and Challenger hops! Golden brown in colour, this is the 'must' Snowdonia signature beer.
Theodore Stout has a robust roast flavour complemented by a full-bodied and smooth mouth feel. The generous addition of hops lends a tart bitterness to the dry espresso-like finish.
Carmen's Pulling Power
Hints of liquorice and caramel mingle with malty undertones to produce a fantastically drinkable ale.
Cais means 'Try' in Welsh and 'Cais' you should! This dark beer is for those who want rich flavours and balanced bitterness. Challenger hops are evident throughout.
Aur Eryri Gold
A pale and hoppy beer. This is the Snowdonia 'Hop Head' beer with citrus notes a-plenty! Cascade hops are used three times throughout the process to yield a truly refreshing ale.
Dark & Delicious
Rich, dark and complex with an outstanding depth of flavour. Once again generous hopping with plenty of Fuggles is perfectly balanced with Pale ale and Crystal malts. Brewing sugars add flavour, colour and a hint of caramel/toffee notes.
A must for those who want flavour but a modest % abv. Gwyrfai (The name of the river running through the brewery site) is tawny in colour with bitterness from tradition hop varieties.
This light coloured beer is full of gooseberry and citrus notes from the use of a blend of American hops known as Falconers Flight. This special blend of hops uses no less than 7 separate varieties to produce a wonderfully refreshing, zesty ale.
WHB - Welsh Highland Bitter
A traditional premium strong ale that is malty and full. A slight sweetness extends into the finish of this mid brown, balanced beer. Pale ale and crystal malts are used in the mashing process with bitterness coming from Fuggles and Challenger.
